Altar Servers

Altar servers assist before, during, and after the liturgy with such tasks as lighting candles, holding the Roman Missal for the presider, carrying the Roman Missal, purificators, corporals, and cruet to the altar during the preparation of the gifts, helping the presider with the handwashing, and extinguishing candles after Mass. 
 
Time: Volunteers are scheduled on a rotating basis through Ministry Scheduler Pro.  You determine your availability and schedule. 
 
Gifts and talents: This ministry is open to members in the 4th grade and up. It is a great way to become more deeply involved in the liturgy.  Training provided.
